Family Service is a nonprofit agency that supports seniors through homecare, transportation, counseling, Meals on Wheels, and other essential services. The organization and its subsidiary programs needed a cohesive visual identity that would resonate with an older audience. I refreshed the existing logo and wordmark, integrating natural imagery to express growth, renewal, and life transitions. The resulting identity conveyed a quietly welcoming tone—appropriate for clients facing significant challenges—and was applied across print materials and social media. The logo remained in use for 15 years before being gradually retired during a recent rebranding effort.
